Today we will look at the Top 10 Free Torrent Sites so far in 2013.

Most of these sites have been around for quite a while and have developed a very loyal following. Some are based overseas which allows them to get away with more, making them even better. I will give a non-biased opinion on the 10 best free torrent sites thus far in 2013.

Number 10. Kickasstorents.comsharingtorrents is number 10, breaking the Top 10 for 2013. This website has movies, TV shows, games, programs and other things. It has a clean interface that separates itself from other torrent websites in that it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. There are search bars and links to files are placed so that they are easily seen and you don’t have to go hunting for them. One big plus is that it’s not full of ads that you have to look at before getting to your final destination. The members are very helpful at commenting and flagging bad torrents, so you don’t have to worry about getting a bad one. One downside to this site, is that it is still a fairly new library, so it’s still growing and isn’t the biggest one out there. Overall, still a great site for torrents!

Number 9.

This site has everything torrent related you could want, music, movies, games, tv shows, programs, etc. It has a great webutation, verified torrents as well as a rating section and a comment section where you can talk with other users about torrents, good and bad.

Number 8.

This site also has everything you could be looking for. They have torrents ranging from games, movies, apps, comics and even anime. The search feature is great on this website also. You can filter torrents by category, date added, file size, exclude torrents uploaded by non-members, etc. It is a great feature and they don’t have that many pop ups in the way to your destination.

Number 7.

This site is great in that on the home page, the most popular torrents are broken down by category. They range from movies, music, adult/porn, tv, software, games and anime. This makes it very easy and quick to browse the top torrents without even having to do a search if your torrent is among the most popular currently. The browse feature is great also. They do have a fair amount of ads on their site, but if you can look past those, this is one of the best sites out there.

Number 6.

This website is great. The one thing that they do differently than all of the other websites on this list is you have to register to use the site before you can even browse the torrents. The good news is, the registration process is very short, sweet and to the point. Once you do that, you can browse everything on the site and you will find everything here that each of the other sites on this list have available on them also.

Number 5.

This website is one of my favorites. On the initial page you are immediately at the search page. From there you can immediately choose if you want to search in everything, audio, video, games, software or other. You can also choose to just browse, or you can view the current Top 100 torrents. The one downside to this site, is that a lot of the torrents are in Chinese. This is one thing that I didn’t see on any of the other sites, but I’ve downloaded a few Chinese torrents to see what they are about, and you don’t really want them anyway. So while you may have to go through a few more pages of search results to find what you’re looking for, it’s well worth it.

Number 4.

This site should probably be at number 3 or 2 on this list, but I like the other sites better. What makes one of the best torrent sites out there, is that they allow you to search 6 torrent sites all at once, instead of having to go from site to site looking for what it is that you are after. This gives them a leg up on most of the other sites. They still have all of the content that all of these other sites have, but make it easier to find what you are looking for, from one place, with one search.

Number 3.

This website is great for finding movies, music, computer games, Playstation 3 and Xbox games. They have quite a full library in these categories in which you can find pretty much any movie or game that you are looking for. The website layout is very user friendly and it is easy to navigate the site and find what you are looking for. They have a great forum section where you can also talk with other users about good/bad torrents, etc.

Number 2.

This site is great in that it has a ton of content in a range of categories that you can download for free. They have everything from movies, music, computer games, anime, etc. The one downfall of this site, is that for new users, it can be a little confusing to navigate initially. Once I spent 5 minutes on it, I was able to navigate the site with ease and find what I was looking for. Give it a few minutes and it will be one of your new favorite websites for torrent finding.

Number 1.

Piratebay is one of the world’s largest bittorrent trackers. They also have movies, tv shows, games, programs and other things that you can find. On this site, files can be sorted by file name, number of seeds or leechers, etc. This is very helpful in helping to find the best content that is related to your search in the most minimal amount of time. The site is very well put together and easy to navigate. The users range from trusted to unknowns. One negative is that it does have a fair amount of pop ups on your way to the final destination. This is the best site to use to download torrents from.

So there you have it, the top 10 free torrent websites thus far in 2013. Hope you found at least a couple from this list that you hadn’t heard of yet, or maybe hadn’t tried out.
